If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return the items per customers expense to:

Please include the packing slip or a note indicating the order number and customer name.
All returns will be fully refunded for the cost of the item(s), not to include any gift credits used or shipping charges.
Exchanges - If an exchange is needed, please purchase the new item through the website. There will likely be shipping charges and there could be price differences between sizes and/or styles. This process prevents the need for staff to call and ask for credit card information, which ensures that your private information remains secure.
Gift credits/rebate - As items are returned and/or exchanged used gift credits will be adjusted and/or re-issued.
